- Registration details for events and programs

- Donation amounts and giving designations (payment details go directly to our payment processors - we do not see or store your card information)

- Messages, prayer requests, or inquiries you send us through our contact forms

- We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you visit. This is standard web analytics data collected through our website platform.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to operate our ministry and serve you well. Specifically:

- To process your event registration and send you relevant event details.

- To deliver free resources and downloads you requested

- To send ministry updates, prayer content, and announcements by email (where you have opted in)

- To send text messages (SMS) related to programs, events, and ministry updates (where you have opted in - see Section 5)

- To process your donation securely through our payment platforms.

- To improve how our website works and how we communicate

- We do not use your information for purposes beyond what is described here without first telling you.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

- With our website and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), which hosts our forms, automations, and contact database

- With our payment processors (Square, Stripe, Cash App), when you complete a financial transaction

- With service providers who help us deliver email or SMS communications, subject to confidentiality agreements

- When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our community

- Your information is never shared with DiscovOri Transformational Coaching & Counseling, MA Joshua Commercial, Celestial Praise Church, or any other entity affiliated with RHI’s founders without your explicit consent.

4. MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS & SMS COMMUNICATIONS

This section explains specifically how we handle the phone numbers you provide and your rights around text messaging.

Collection

When you provide your phone number on any RHI form and check the SMS opt-in box, you are giving us permission to send you text messages. Providing your number is always optional. You must be 18 or older to opt in to SMS.

Use

Your number is used only to send the types of messages you agreed to receive: event reminders, program updates, soul care resources, ministry announcements, and related communications. We do not use your number for advertising unrelated to RHI ministry.

Opt-Out

You can stop receiving texts at any time. Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You will receive one confirmation text, then nothing further. Reply START to re-subscribe, or text HELP for assistance.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies. Under normal operations, expect no more than 4–6 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during active conference periods. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information Sharing Statement

No mobile information - including phone numbers - will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all entities affiliated with Radiant Hope International. Information sharing and consent practices align with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, as well as applicable carrier requirements.

5. COOKIES & TRACKING

Our website uses cookies - small files placed on your device - to make the site work properly and to help us understand how people use it. We use three types:

- Essential cookies: Required for basic site functions like forms, navigation, and page loading.

- Analytics cookies: Help us see which pages are visited and how long people stay on them, so we can improve our content.

- Platform cookies: Set by GoHighLevel (our CRM) to track form submissions and communication engagement.

- Using GoHighLevel, an industry-standard secure CRM platform, to store and manage contact data

- Processing all payments through PCI-compliant platforms so we never handle your card data directly

- Limiting internal access to contact information on a need-to-know basis

- Using HTTPS encryption across our website

- No digital system is completely immune to risk. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

For youth participants at RHI events, parental or guardian consent is collected as part of the event registration process.
