These Terms of Service govern your use of the Radiant Hope International website (radianthopeintl.org) and any programs, events, or resources offered through it. By accessing this website or participating in any RHI program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Radiant Hope International may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the website following any update means you accept the revised Terms.

1. ABOUT RADIANT HOPE INTERNATIONAL

Radiant Hope International (RHI) is a para-church equipping ministry based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. RHI operates independently and is not affiliated with any local church. Our primary ministry programs are:

ROARR Conference — an annual soul care conference for believers, leaders, and ministry carriers

Capacity Builders Network (CBN) — a prayer gathering grounded in Word-based teaching as the foundation for corporate intercession

RHI is separate from DiscovOri Transformational Coaching, MA Joshua Commercial Real Estate, and any other ventures operated by its founders. Those entities maintain their own websites, offerings, and finances.

2. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

This website is provided for informational and ministry purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publish content from this site without written permission.

Use this site to transmit spam, malicious code, or fraudulent content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its backend systems.

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Radiant Hope International.

3. EVENTS, PROGRAMS & REGISTRATION

Participation in RHI events and programs is subject to the following:

Registration is required for all conferences and select ministry programs.

Event details, schedules, speakers, and formats are subject to change. RHI will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any material changes.

All session recordings, curriculum materials, and written resources distributed at or through RHI events are the intellectual property of Radiant Hope International unless otherwise noted.

Attendance is voluntary. RHI is not liable for personal decisions made in response to content presented at any event.

4. DONATIONS & FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Donations to Radiant Hope International are accepted in good faith for the support of RHI’s ministry mission. By donating, you acknowledge:

All transactions are processed through Square, Stripe, or Cash App. RHI does not collect or store your payment card information.

Donations are non-refundable except in the case of a documented processing error.

Donations made to RHI are designated solely for Radiant Hope International ministry operations and are not transferred to DiscovOri, MA Joshua Commercial, or any other affiliated entity.

RHI is actively pursuing formal nonprofit status. Until that status is confirmed and publicly posted, donors should consult a tax professional regarding deductibility.

Donation Integrity

All funds received by Radiant Hope International are kept entirely separate from revenue-generating activities operated under DiscovOri, MA Joshua Commercial Real Estate, or any other affiliated brand.

5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your email through any RHI form or opt-in page, you consent to receive email communications from Radiant Hope International. These may include event updates, registration confirmations, ministry resources, and CBN prayer content.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Free resources distributed by RHI are for your personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution requires prior written permission.

6. SMS COMMUNICATIONS & TEXT MESSAGING

Program Description

Radiant Hope International uses SMS text messaging to communicate event reminders, program updates, ministry announcements, and soul care resources to individuals who have voluntarily opted in.

SMS Use Cases

Messages sent by Radiant Hope International may include any of the following:

Event and conference reminders and logistics updates

Program enrollment confirmations and session notifications

Soul care devotional content and ministry resources

Capacity Builders Network prayer community announcements

Follow-up communications related to programs you are enrolled in

How to Opt In

To receive text messages from Radiant Hope International, you must provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on one of our registration or opt-in forms. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of registration, donation, or program enrollment. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-submit your number through one of our forms.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Message frequency varies. You may receive 4–6 messages per month under normal operations, with a higher frequency during active conference or event periods.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Radiant Hope International is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by factors outside our control, including wireless carrier outages, network congestion, or incompatible devices. Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS, among others. Carrier participation may vary.

Age Restriction

SMS communications from Radiant Hope International are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting your phone number and opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information — including phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes all entities affiliated with RHI’s founders. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including written materials, session recordings, curriculum, conference resources, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by Radiant Hope International or its respective creators and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission from Radiant Hope International. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted where explicitly stated.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Hope International, its founders, staff, volunteers, and affiliated ministers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in any RHI program or event, or reliance on any content we provide.

RHI’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RHI, if anything, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
